Spectacular double height living room are mesmerizing in combination with the array of bespoke furnishings! A modern sculptural black and silver resin piano made by Based Upon creates a perfect environment for entertaining, as does the large dining room table topped with laminated glass.

Located in the heart of the Chelsea gallery district, ALD created a balance of old and new, juxtaposing historical pieces like a 6th century pre-columbian textile from Peru, with modernist elements like the sensuous live edge mantle on the Nakashima-inspired fireplace.

In tune with its surroundings, the home celebrates the outdoors, bringing in the chartreuse green of the grass, and fresh touches of yellow and blue from the wild flowers visible from every room. Shades of green are experienced throughout the space, with the custom living room rug becoming an extension of the polo fields outside.

Miami Beach Town House was designed for a pair of avid collectors who own a large collection of vintage furniture – mainly Italian -by Giò Ponti, Ico Parisi, Osvaldo Borsani, and Ettore Sottsass.
