The designers duo Campana Brothers will release at Salone del Mobile 2016 a new dining room buffet AQUARIO. Dining room Ideas gives you a preview.
“We have been in touch with BD Barcelona Design’s art director Ramón Úbeda for a couple of years now. We discussed ideas that have matured and resulted into the buffet we crafted. We were inspired by the idea of an Aquarium to create this piece’, explains Fernando Campana.
Humberto continues: ‘We love to create hybrids using two different materials; a warm one and a cold one. It has become part of our design language. I wanted to play with the idea of opposite weights too; the lightness of the glass and the massiveness of the wood. The immaterialness of the first one and the physicalness of the second one’. This modern dining room piece is perfect for a bold dining room decor.
